About me
Dr John Blazak is a Radiologist in Noosa, QLD.
Dr Blazak completed his medical training at the University of Queensland and his radiology training at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital. Additionally, he completed a Nuclear Medicine fellowship.
Dr Blazak is dual trained as both a Radiologist and a Nuclear Medicine Specialist, he has held the role as clinical director of nuclear medicine at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital since 2017.
