Dr Meisam Izadi

Dr Meisam Izadi is a FRANZCR-qualified Radiologist working across South West Sydney.

Prior to relocating to Australia, Dr Izadi worked for more than seven years as a consultant radiologist, including over four years in a high-volume oncologic imaging centre specialising in complex cancer staging and follow-up imaging. He has experience across tertiary hospital and community imaging settings and reports across CT, MRI, ultrasound and interventional procedures.

Since 2024, Dr Izadi has worked within the South Western Sydney Local Health District and currently holds a Staff Specialist Radiologist position at Liverpool Hospital. He previously held an academic appointment as Assistant Professor of Radiology in Iran, where he supervised trainees and contributed to teaching and research activities.

Dr Izadi has authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed publications in oncologic, fetal and procedural imaging and maintains an ongoing interest in education and quality improvement.
