Dr Mitchell Yam

Dr Mitchell Yam is a Radiologist based at Northern Beaches Hospital in Sydney. He completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales, followed by prevocational training within the Western Sydney Health District. His radiology training was undertaken across the Western Sydney Health District and Orange Health Service, NSW.

Dr Yam furthered his experience by completing an MRI Fellowship at Westmead Hospital, followed by a Breast Imaging Fellowship at the Westmead Breast Cancer Institute. He later joined Lumus Imaging through a Musculoskeletal (MSK) Fellowship program at Northern Beaches Hospital.

He has also published peer-reviewed articles and contributed to formal teaching programs at institutions including the University of Sydney and the University of Notre Dame, Sydney.
